Query Group specializes in survey methodology for a wide range of projects, assisting with stages 2 through 5. Sometimes projects span all those steps, while often clients tap us for just one or two pieces. We also do recovery work when projects hit a snag.

Assistance can take two forms:

  • A traditional outsource, with Query Group handling the project for you
  • Coaching, where you're managing the project, and we use conference calls and shared computer sessions to further your expertise

Query Group's clients include survey novices and experienced researchers. Many clients are in-house marketing or HR professionals, conducting occasional surveys as part of their other responsibilities. Other clients are consultants who specialize in specific business issues, but may need additional expertise for a complex project or simply an "extra" staffer on call.
